Our return policies vary depending on the type of product(s) ordered. Please refer to the section below that matches the item in your order:
Book & Toy Return Policy
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Your order number must be provided.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition with original packaging intact.
- Refunds are issued to your original form of payment, minus any shipping costs.
How do I place a return or exchange?
Please email [email protected] with your order number and a list of the items you'd like to return or exchange. Unless otherwise noted by us, you are responsible for all return shipping costs. Once we receive your request, we'll email you instructions on where and how to send your return item(s). After we've received and inspected the item(s), we will issue a refund and send an email notification.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Credit card refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement once processed.
Can I cancel an order?
At this time we cannot cancel an order, with the exception of pre-order products. When you purchase a pre-order product, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. We fulfill that product order at a future date. You can cancel a pre-order product that has not yet been fulfilled or shipped. If the order has been fulfilled, then you can't cancel the order, but you can request a return.
What should I do if I receive a damaged or faulty product, or the wrong product?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged or was not the item you ordered. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at [email protected] within 7 days of receiving the wrong/damaged item(s), and be sure to include your name, order number, item name, and a photo of the wrong/damaged item. We will get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.
How do gift returns or exchanges work?
If you were gifted a Product but it isn't what you had in mind, you can return your items for store credit. Please email us at [email protected] with the gifter's first name, last name, email address, and the items you’d like to return or exchange. Once we receive your request, we'll email you instructions on where and how to send your item(s). After we've received and inspected the item(s), we will email you a Gift Card for the amount of the returned item (does not include shipping costs).

- We don’t offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know within 7 days of receiving your order.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which apparel size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every apparel item listed on our store, in the sizing section.
