Book & Toy Shipping Policy 

Your order will be shipped to the address that you specify when placing your order. If we are unable to ship to your address, for example, if your address is geographically remote, we will notify you before we accept your order. We reserve the right not to ship to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws. Products comprised within the same order cannot be shipped to different addresses.

The Product(s) ordered will be at your risk from the time the Product(s) have been delivered to a third-party carrier, and ownership of the Product(s) ordered will also pass to you from the time the Product(s) have been delivered to a third party carrier, provided full payment of all sums due in respect of the Product(s), including any shipping charges, has been received.

Order Processing

Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email after your order has been processed to let you know your order is on the way!

  • For Pre-Order Processing:

    When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory. Please check our website product details for the estimated date the pre-order product will arrive in inventory. Once the pre-order product has been received into inventory, please allow 3-5 business days to process your order. Expect an email after your order has been processed to let you know your order is on the way!

Shipping Rates & Estimates

We offer calculated shipping rates, which means shipping options, charges, and estimated delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please add your desired items to the cart, go to checkout, and enter your mailing address to see your available shipping options and estimates before completing your purchase. 

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, get in touch with us at [email protected].

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.
  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.
  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

Pro tip: Package theft is on the rise.​ If you're expecting a home delivery and you know you won't be home to accept it, use an address where you know you'll be!

If the shipping address was correct and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but the new order would be at your expense.

Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors based on the product itself. End recipient is responsible for these fees.

We highly recommend including your phone number in the order at checkout - this will minimize the risk of an order being lost in transit and make delivery of the order smoother.
